Objects
gPage uses the concept of objects to represent the different shapes in your drawing. Each object is independent and can be modified without affecting other objects on the page. Futhermore, each object knows which modifications are possibles for itself, and shows you a context menu when you click the right mouse button upon it.
Those are the available objects in gPage:

Image
File types supported are: JPEG, WMF, PCX, PNG and BMP. Due to patent rights, the GIF format is NOT supported.
Image files can be quite big so gPage does not store image data in it's own drawing files, only the file name is stored in those files (files with ".pa1" extension). Whenever gPage needs to draw the image, the information is fetched directly from the image file. This way, no duplication of those image files occurs. There is a drawback though. If you copy a drawing file from a computer to another one, you must manually copy all images referenced in the drawing.
When exporting drawings to WMF, JPG, GIF or PNG format, images are automatically included.
You can obtain a list of the files linked to your document using the menu command Page + View List of Linked Files.
